We charge fees for our consultation. You may wonder why, when other clinics offer free consultations?
We take time to explain the cause of your problems and what steps are need to be taken to restore a natural look of the face. We will provide you with detail treatment plan that you will take away and review before making any hasty decisions. This will include an accurate cost of treatments, no hidden costs and no administration or booking fees.
We truly believe that careful planning and a detailed consultation is the most important part of the overall treatment process. Where you will have a chance to discuss your expectations and concerns.
In order to deliver a great result in facial aesthetics a practitioner needs to have experience, be an excellent communicator, use only high-quality products and be technically brilliant. We never sub-contract Aesthetic services, all our Medical Practitioners are a permanent part of the team here at Angels Twelve.
Your consultation may take between 30 and 45 minutes to do properly. We believe in the value of our consultations, which is why we charge a fee. However, should you wish to proceed with treatment the cost of the consultation will be redeemable against the cost of treatment
What to expect from your initial consultation.
You will be greeted in our reception by our friendly, knowledgeable and very approachable general manager and treatment coordinator Mrs Jean Bertram. She will give you to fill in registration forms and medical history, meantime our receptionist will make you fresh tea or coffee (we serve an excellent freshly grounded coffee or if you prefer, cappuccino, espresso, we have it all).

When visiting for a skin consultation all therapists and Doctors are trained to conduct a thorough assessment using the latest in advanced skin analysis technology. We will discuss the findings with you and recommend appropriate treatment solutions before providing you with a comprehensive treatment plan.
Aesthetic Medical Practitioners (Doctors/ Dentists/ Surgeons) Consultation.

When visiting our team of highly trained cosmetic doctors for your face assessment, we will need to see your face in animation (smiling, frowning, raising your eyebrows etc). It is of utmost importance to us that we place an emphasis on natural results both at rest and in facial expression. A detailed and comprehensive set of photographs may be taken. On making their analysis, the doctor will discuss the various routes for treatment before providing you with your comprehensive treatment plan.
